Intelimax Media, Inc. wishes to announce that it has completed the closing of a second and final tranche of the private placement previously announced on February 22, 2013 and has issued an aggregate of 30,675,000 units at a price of $0.05/unit for gross proceeds of $1,533,750 bringing the total raised under the first and second tranches of this private placement to $2,000,000 (see news release of March 28, 2013).
