Intelimax Media, Inc. wishes to announce up to CAD$2 million non-brokered private placement pursuant to which the Company will sell up to 40 million units of the Company at a price of CAD$0.05/unit. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable into an additional common share for two years at a price of CAD$0.10/share in the first year and CAD$0.15/share in the second year. The funds from this financing will be used for general working capital. In connection with this financing, the Company may pay a finder’s fee to eligible finders in accordance with regulatory policies.
