InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. announced yesterday that they signed a definitive agreement to sell six imaging centers in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico, as well as one imaging center in California. Insight Imaging expects to complete this transaction in October, with completion of the transaction subject to customary closing conditions.
