Imperia Entertainment, Inc. will be holding their first conference call with its new Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Ritchie on Thursday, January 17th at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
This will be the first call in a series of monthly “town meeting” type calls. Mr. Ritchie will be discussing his growth strategy for the company, which consists of co-financing existing projects with named talent attached, acquisition of projects in development, and film production. The agenda will continue as he discusses the Company’s forging relationship with the Independent Film Development Corporation’s film distribution subsidiary, as a corollary to the Company’s overall profit model.
