Hybrid Technologies Inc. took the spotlight at the recent pre-Emmy Gifting Suite held by GBK Productions. The company’s LiVTM FLASH, an electric version of the BMW Mini Cooper, was the first electric vehicle to be shown at the prestigious event.
Impressed celebrities included Isaiah Washington who was shocked that the car was all electric, and Nancy Cartwright, voice of Bart Simpson, who encouraged others to go electric. Over 50 celebrities signed the Hybrid Technologies board, including Randy Jackson, Vern Troyer, the cast of Dancing With the Stars and Neil Patrick Harris, just to name a few, which was auctioned off for Global Green during the week of the Oscars.
Gavin Keilly, CEO of GBK, said, “I love being able to showcase such a unique vehicle.” Keilly has his company focused on raising funds and producing special events to create unique and memorable high-profile events to maximize fund-raising effort.
