Hybrid Technologies, Inc. (HYBR.OB), an emerging leader in the development of lithium-powered products worldwide, was pleased to host a media tour of its Research and Development facility in Mooresville, North Carolina for Emmy and Golden Globe nominee and newly appointed celebrity sponsor Alan Thicke.
Best known as the Dad on “Growing Pains”, Thicke was able to take a complete tour of the 10,000 square foot facility, including an in-depth look at the development and production line. Not only was the actor impressed by the company’s accomplishments, but also raved about the Hybrid’s vehicle performance. “There is no compromise from the vehicle itself, as it comes from the factory.”
Earlier this summer, Thicke hosted a red-carpet event at The Planet Hollywood where the LiV™ FLASH was featured. The Hybrid event corresponded with the 14th Annual Bad Boy Hockey Tournament hosted by film producer Jerry Bruckheimer. A variety of celebrities, including Will Smith and Martin Lawrence who starred in Bruckheimer’s 1994 movie Bad Boys, attended the weekend tournament. In one weekend, Thicke was able to combine his love of hockey with his belief in the Hybrid vision to inform his peers in the entertainment world.
Since that time, Thicke has continued to promote Hybrid Technology by using his own LiV™ FLASH in his day-to-day life. Thicke hopes to raise awareness about the all-electric line of vehicles to both celebrities and to everyday citizens since it has “the broadest scope of vehicle offering”.
