Much like the early investors in the first oil boom, alternative fuel vehicles may be a landmark opportunity. In the case of Hybrid Technolgies Inc. (HYBT.OB), the Company has moved far beyond concept and now has vehicles delivered, available, and in production.
HYBT was a smash hit at the recent New York International Auto Show. For example, the Mini Cooper L (lithium version), shown at the show, uses a modified propulsion system developed originally for the New York City Taxi. Therefore, a durable and highly stable motor and controller system has been introduced to the already popular Mini Cooper. The complementary technologies introduced into the Mini give it comparable, if not greater performance characteristics compared to the standard combustion engine Mini.
