Hybrid Technologies, Inc. (HYBT.OB) reports that George Clooney received delivery of an All-Lithium Smart Car. The car is to be used in Italy by the Oscar-winning Actor.
Trend forecasting magazine People Weekly featured a story on Hybrid and George Clooney’s relationship several times once the contract was formalized with the Hollywood superstar. An executive from Hybrid Technologies flew to Italy to deliver the vehicle to Mr. Clooney.
The vehicle delivery is part of Hybrid’s new European product launch which is scheduled for the spring of 2008. Hybrid partnered with ALITALIA for shipment to ITALY and worked with the Italian government to import George Clooney’s lithium Smart car.
