About 40 miles North of Charlotte, NC, lies the headquarters for Hybrid Technologies, Inc. This emerging company uses lithium to power their line of new-age electric vehicles. It seems fitting that such innovation in the automotive field comes straight from Mooresville, NC, the birthplace of NASCAR. People here show a far greater interest in automobiles than an average American town.
Today, the company announced the success of a recently staged “open house” at its Research & Development facility in Mooresville. There, Hybrid Technology models, such as the LiV™ FLASH, and LiV™ RUSH, were test-driven by state Congressional candidates Pat Smathers and Diane Hamby.
A statement was taken from a Hybrid Technologies shareholder at the event, who reminded reporters: “Electric vehicles are taking off now. We just need more people to realize the current availability.”
Ernest C. Schlotter, a four-star analyst with SISM Research, has initiated coverage on Hybrid, upon which he placed a “Speculative Buy/4” Rating and a 12-month target price of $5.30. The stock closed today with a value of $4.00.
Hybrid has recently exited the development stage on its zero-emission lithium vehicles, with great success, and is now ready for commercial production, with the price-tag on one of its revolutionary cars starting at an astonishingly affordable $39,500. Hybrid Technologies, Inc. (HYBR.OB) is certainly “One to Watch”.
