Hybrid Technologies, Inc. (HYBR.OB) Continues To Make Positive Impact in the Media

With the ever-increasing price of fuel, Hybrid Technologies, Inc. (HYBR.OB) continues to have its alternative full electric vehicles featured in the media. Hybrid’s electric, lithium-battery powered vehicles will be featured on the Fox News network morning broadcast on Tuesday, May 13, between 5:00am to 8:00am. The broadcast will be filmed by Fox affiliate WCCB-TV18 from the Concord Mills Mall in Concord, NC.

Hybrid will have several of its full electric vehicles on display. The LiV™ WISE is marketed as the perfect city vehicle, with a driving range of up to 120 miles on a single charge. The LiV™ FLASH is Hybrid’s fully electric Mini Cooper, a vehicle that is currently being used by the British Embassy in Mexico City. Finally, the LiV™ RUSH is a sports car that goes from 0 to 60 in just a few seconds. After the Fox News broadcast, all the vehicles will be available for test drives from 8:00am to 11:00am.

In recent weeks, Hybrid has talked with several media outlets. Hybrid’s Project Development Manager, Ron Cerven, recently participated in a radio broadcast on WBT Talk Radio. The host, Keith Larson, was “blown away by the company’s advances in lithium power technology and development of all electric powered vehicles.” Additionally, Hybrid demonstrated the capabilities of its off-road vehicles to Salisbury Post Lifestyle Editor, Katie Scarvey by “tearing over the terrain, kicking up grass and dirt, and barreling up and down steep creek banks.”

Hybrid’s application of the lithium battery technology has easily surpassed the stereotype image that many people have of battery-powered vehicles. As the uncertainty of fuel costs continues, Hybrid’s line of vehicles will be a highlight for media outlets promoting “greener options” for consumers.
