Each bike in the LiV™ Ryder line of all-electric choppers is custom-designed and manufactured to the buyer’s specifications, from the power configuration to the machine’s final look, meaning that no two bikes are the same. These visually striking vehicles are turning heads on the road, and are fast becoming the ultimate addition to chopper collections. Hybrid’s Project Development Engineer, Ron Cerven, said “Our first customer’s chopper was actually designed to reflect and promote his electrical lighting business and will serve as a showpiece at his store.”
Even though the bikes are 100% electric powered, and are easily recharged by simply plugging them in, the special lithium power source allows them to cruise at up to 90 miles per hour, and gives them a range of up to 100 miles on a single charge. The bikes feature the company’s proprietary power management system, which constantly monitors the vehicle’s battery pack for voltage, temperature, and charge balancing, tracking it all right down to the individual battery cells.
