Voyant International Corp. (VOYT.OB) Adds $2 Million Wireless White Space Radio Contract in its Quest for the Digital Entertainment Dollar

When it comes to staking claims, the digital future of the entertainment world can be likened to the Oklahoma land rush. Most of the companies involved have an idea of where to go, but aren’t quite sure what may be in their way or what they will find when they get there. To run in this race for position, most involved are running many horses to see which digital concepts stick. Those that have the greatest horsepower and best strategy will be the ones that stake their claim to the digital profit prize.

Voyant International Corporation Inc., a media technology holding company, works to optimize profit opportunities along the entire digital media product development chain. In the past, the company has focused on the technological aspects of providing rich media visualization opportunities and image transport. Today, it has begun to broaden its efforts into the media content arena by pursuing content and distribution channel opportunities.

Through judicious use of its capital reserves, the company has been working to develop content along all media channels. This involves original TV, movie, music, audio and Internet programming. It has also signed a letter of intent with Wild Woods Inc., a post-production audio studio which also offers a positive cash flow. Additional future moves are anticipated in the home theater, airline video content, broadband content and online artist/musician collaboration entertainment. Ultimately, the company hopes to marry its established technology with the entire entertainment distribution chain.

As the company assesses the successes of its distribution technology, called RocketStream, it will begin to offer its growing list of offerings. If the market for digital media continues as it currently is, the company will be in the middle of a battle for future direction of the industry. The market is wide open at the moment as many companies vie for the consumer’s attention.
