HotOtc Featured Company: Copper King Mining Corporation (CPRK.PK) Readies for Mill Start-Up by Middle to Late Summer

Some of the best investment opportunities come from patience and persistence. When a good idea or product comes along, those that got there first justifiably want to position themselves before offering the idea to others. Keeping an eye out for these hidden gems, and being patient while those in the know get their house under control, can ultimately pay off handsomely in the future with solid profits.

Copper King Mining Corporation, a mining and exploration company, is working to reopen mining operations at a southern Utah base-metals mine. This particular deed was first granted and saw mining activities in 1937. The deeded land, in its last incarnation, included 62 claims and yielded 65,000 ounces of gold. As the lease begins its newest incarnation, copper, gold and silver have been found in sufficient quantities to warrant beginning operations.

Given the suggestion that the company plans to sell mining operations to a larger concern at some future date, a prudent start-up of mining activities has begun. The company has been very careful to follow a plan that dictates close attention to cost controls and efficiencies where extracted materials are concerned. In this respect, a regrind component is being added to the mining mills equipment list for Magnetite processing. This addition will enhance profitability while making use of a mineral product that might otherwise be considered a waste product. As envisioned, the mining mill at full operation will be capable of producing 25 ounces of gold and 2,500 ounces of silver per day.

From an investor’s point of view, the company is fairly closely held. Of the 2.6 billion shares authorized for the public float, less than 60 million have been issued. For the most part, this can be viewed as a part of the company’s longer-term strategy. It could also be a part of a savvy investor’s strategy if he can obtain some of the shares when and if additional capital is required to flesh out mining operations.
