HealthSport, Inc. (HSPO.OB) Agrees with Military University and Foundation to Research New Product

HealthSport announced that it has signed agreements with The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU), and The Henry M. Jackson Foundation to develop a new product and study electrolyte delivery in HealthSport’s edible thin film strips.

Enlyten SurvivalStrips, the newest product to be added, were specifically developed to help maintain energy in Military Soldiers. Because the troops are exposed to extreme environmental conditions, and many times wearing full gear, missions can be compromised and their health can be affected. The Cooperative Research and Development Agreement will determine the Enlyten Electrolyte Strips effectiveness in preventing dehydration and maintaining performance.

Dan Kelly, President of HealthSport, stated, “Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our soldiers. Whether they are on the battlefield or going through training, we want to be able to provide them with the best replenishment product possible to ensure that they are able to stay focused and stay healthy. We are truly honored that the Uniform Services University has elected to research the effectiveness of the Enlyten Electrolyte Strips.”
