GTX Corp (GTXO.OB) is “One to Watch”

GTX Corp (GTXO.OTCBB) develops miniature GPS tracking and location transmitting technology. This technology is used in both consumer and industrial applications, since both can integrate the technology into their products to track and locate people or things that carry the devices. Since the tracking device is tiny, apparel manufacturers, can license this technology and easily integrate it into their products, especially shoes and backpacks. The theft prevention industry can also use the technology by attaching it to portable assets to prevent theft or to locate stolen items.

The obvious consumer benefit is that parents can easily track and locate their children who are wearing the tiny device. Older children can also use the technology to track elderly parents or other mentally challenged individuals. Apparel manufacturers find that the benefits include premium pricing, brand differentiation, and additional income from revenue sharing.

GTX Corp offers several product lines. First, GTX offers a miniature, patented GPS sensing device. The clothing manufacturer or security company embeds the device into clothing or attaches it to company assets. If the person or asset is lost, people can easily track and find it using the company’s Internet tracking portal.

Secondly the GTX internet-tracking portal is a subscription based monitoring system that continuously tracks GTX devices (or even Non GTX devices) providing real-time location information, and movement history. The “GeoFence” feature can send an alert if the device travels outside of a prescribed area. GTX Corp has already developed the relationships with service providers such as ATT, and it can develop a tracking screen for each branded licensee.

Finally, GTX Corp is also expanding its product capabilities for use in cell phones and other portable GPS devices.
