Green Planet Group, Inc. announced that Lumea, its fully owned subsidiary, has successfully acquired two staffing companies: Staffing Concepts Corporation and Provincia Staffing. The move follows Green Planet’s focus on implementing its staffing industry rollup. The two acquisitions will immediately increase Green Planet Group’s consolidated annual revenues by approximately $5 million and will be accretive to earnings.
A light industrial staffing company, Staffing Concepts Corporation is located in Florida and will be integrated directly into Lumea’s current operations. The company has strong relationships with several industrial and commercial clients, which will become potential customers of the Green Planet’s green, energy conservation and emissions reducing products.
Provincia Staffing of Phoenix, Arizona is both a light industrial Staffing and professional staffing company which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumea. Provincia will provide enhanced IT capabilities, which enables the company to improve its implementation and reduce costs of expanding its web presence.
