Global Resource Corp. (GBRC.PK) Reports Plastics-To-Energy Conversion Results

Global Resource announced that its energy conversion process has now been proven to produce oil and vast amounts of combustible gas from recycled plastics. Hawk Hogan, the chief engineer, introduced the world’s most efficient plastics-to-energy conversion process to global recycling companies at the Plastics Recycling Conference in Orlando.

The conversion machines are able to process 5-20 tons of material per hour depending on the model, and can generate up to 18 times more energy than what is used to fuel the machine. For an example, a 10 ton per hour unit operates on 950,000 btu per hour, and can generate approximately 17,300,000 btu per hour.

Frank Pringle, CEO of Global Resource Corporation, stated, “’We have found a technology that will revolutionize the way recycling and scrap yards process materials. Mr. Hogan’s presentation in Orlando opened a lot of eyes to a new technology, and we are fielding requests for more information on our technology every day from the recycling and waste communities.”

The company’s technology enables scrappers and recyclers to convert plastics and rubber into oil and combustible gas, and has the ability to reduce waste up to 65%. Their unique process is recognized by the Department of Energy as one that can potentially allow the United States to rely on its own energy deposits and eliminate the nation’s dependence on foreign oil.
