Global Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (GBHL.OB) to Begin Trading on the OTC Bulletin Board

Global Entertainment Holdings, a young company located under the blue skies of West Hollywood, California, is a publicly-held entertainment company with an objective to build a worldwide entertainment organization with domestic and global affiliates. If Global reaches its desired goal, it could become a global name.

Leading the way at GBHL is their CEO Gary Rasmussen. Rasmussen is a noted name in the industry with an extensive background spanning over 25 years as an entrepreneur with vast experience in all phases of business development, having been a founder, chief executive officer or director of several publicly-held corporations in the areas of cable television, investment banking, mortgage banking and motion pictures.

When asked about GBHL going public, Rasmussen was quoted as saying, “The timing of our Bulletin Board status could not have been better for our Company. These past months have seen our business model move forward, dramatically, with the recent premiere of our second feature length film, American Sunset, starring Corey Haim and Frank Molina, at the American Film Market (AFM) in Los Angeles, CA, plus the highly anticipated release of our first feature length film, Blue Seduction, starring Billy Zane and Estella Warren just this past November. And, most exciting of all, GBHL entered into joint venture partnership with Arthur Wylie’s Global Renaissance Entertainment Group, which has exclusive film rights for the novels of acclaimed best-selling author, Omar Tyree.”

Currently, Global Entertainment Holdings is trading in the $0.02 range. With a global reach and strong management in place, GBHL has the potential to grow into a recognizable name and greatly affect and improve the entertainment industry.
