Online media company Fund.com (OTCBB: ESVH) is working toward building a destination Web site full of personal finance channels, commodities and other investment vehicles such as mutual funds, hedge funds, money markets funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and more.
The “Investor’s Tool” is the company’s flagship. EQUITIES Magazine was created in 1951 to expose leading growth stories and has expanded to include contemporary issues that can affect public companies.
With the help of a management team comprised of seasoned Internet executives, Fund.com also targets the cyber world, and has acquired the Fund.com and accreditedinvestor.com as its domain names. The team is responsible for developing the Fund.com marketplace that features investment portfolio analysis engines. Fund.com Beta is expected to commence in the spring of this year.
Fund.com, Inc. has arranged for third-party providers to license its EQUITIES Hedge Fund Index through Fund.com Managed Products, Inc., and has recruited a senior management team with direct Index licensing experience.
According to SEC filings, Fund.com has equipped its subsidiary with $20 million through Index-linked Investment operations. The Capital index-linked investment was created to show an auditable track record for the EQUITIES index and to act as an acquisition entity leading to other financial services acquisitions.
