TMT Capital Corporation (TMTP.OB) and its subsidiary Freedom Wireless Corporation, a provider of cellular and wireless solutions, announced that Freedom Wireless has signed a sales and marketing agreement with Toto Communications, Inc. This agreement will allow Toto to market and sell all Freedom Wireless products and services; including Zebra Cell-to-Net technology and Freedom Wireless Cellular, Voice, Data and Messaging services to non-profit and military personnel consumer markets.
Under the terms of this agreement, Toto will sell a minimum of 100,000 new subscribers to Freedom Wireless services over the next 2 years. Furthermore, Toto plans to add an additional 120,000 new subscribers into Freedom’s network of various non-profit, advocacy and charitable organizations, as well as personnel and their families at domestic and International US Military bases.
