Fox Petroleum, an Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company, announced that Halliburton, an international full service company that improves the life cycle of oil and gas reservoirs, has arrived at Spears Gas Unit 2, Well #1 in Pecos County , Texas and that well stimulation is taking place this week.
Halliburton was enlisted by Fox Petroleum to stimulate and clean the well bore to improve production by using acid fracturing methods. Fox is hoping to improve the 2.5 million cubic feet of gas per day that initial testing after drilling yielded.
“Stimulating this well’s production is important for our company,” said Alex Craven, Vice President, Finance. “This is in line with Fox’s strategy to improve revenue streams through increased production. We have faith that the services Halliburton will provide us will help protect our investment in Texas.”
