Etelcharge.com (ETLC.OB) announced that the company has signed a Letter of Intent with enStage, of Cupertino, CA, earlier today. This Letter of Intent states that both companies are prepared to jointly launch a program where any Etelcharge member can be provided with a “digital prepaid card”. This prepaid card can be used to purchase goods from any online merchant that accepts Visa or MasterCard.
Furthermore, this Letter of Intent shows how Etelcharge’s is prepared to enter an industry sector that is valued at $8 billion and growing at an exponential rate.
