EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc (ETGU.PK) announced that Mr. Edward Herbert has signed a five year contract as the President and Co-CEO of the Company. Previously, Mr. Herbert was appointed as a corporate officer in June of 2007, using his experience as a marketing and sales professional to stimulate significant corporate growth.
Mr. Herbert has spent the last eighteen years implementing business operations for entrepreneurial companies in Canada and the U.S. He has a post graduate education with a BS Degree from Manhattan College in New York City and a MS Degree from Seton Hall University.
During Mr. Herbert’s past, he was able to successfully build a $30 million travel agency network and latter founded a $50 million international sales promotion agency. He has also served as a consultant to emerging companies in consumer goods, security products, and Internet marketing.
Mr. Herbert stated, “I am very pleased to work with EnerBrite Technologies as President and Co-CEO. We will remain strongly focused on our business strategy of bringing energy management technology to the marketplace and added value to our Company and its shareholders.”
