The past month has been a busy and very important one for DoMark International, a Florida based marketing management company dedicated to identifying and bringing to market game-changing consumer products.
In early April the company completed a major restructuring that began in June of 2012 with the hiring of a new management team. An important goal, which they have now successfully completed, was reworking the financial structure of the company, and involved dealing with nearly all long-term debt. The new team was also able to resolve outstanding lawsuits. These were important accomplishments, and allow DoMark to better focus on their core target of investing in innovative patent-pending technology products to maximize returns. The company additionally intends to appoint globally recognized non-executive board directors to help guide the company.
DoMark also announced the signing of an M.O.U. to purchase Zaktek Ltd., a U.K. based intellectual property company. Zaktek’s proprietary and innovative PhonepadPlus product is easily connected to an Apple iPhone, iPod, or Samsung PDA, providing a high-definition 10-inch touch screen, an effective convergence between two of the world’s most popular devices, the Smartphone and the Tablet, greatly enhancing the experience of watching films, gaming, reading, or browsing the web.
In addition, DoMark announced the official launch date, August 1st, of their new infrared/solar charger cover, with patent-pending INFRASOL technology that allows Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy devices to use infrared rays as well as visible light rays in the charging process. Together with two high-density lithium batteries, the system maximizes charging and battery life. With over 125 million iPhone’s sold in 2012, and 40 million Galaxy PDAs sold in the first 6 months of launch, the market is immense. DoMark CEO, Andy Ritchie, commented, “There is nothing in the market like this product, and we wanted to make sure we were completely ready to handle a large global role out and huge demand.”
