DNS Arrow, a subsidiary of DNSint.com and part of the worldwide Arrow Group of companies, inked an exclusive distribution agreement in the UK and Ireland with Tumbleweed® Communications, which is an industry leader in managed file transfer and email security. The partnership will center on Tumbleweed’s Secure Transport™ product, which is ideally positioned to meet the demands of the rapidly growing managed file transfer market. The agreement will also see DNS Arrow distribute Tumbleweed’s comprehensive suite of email security products, including Secure Messenger™ for email encryption and MailGate® for inbound and outbound email security.
A number of high profile data loss lapses have led to sensitive interest in cutting-edge technologies that will secure transfer of data files via the Internet. Those blunders in particular include HM Revenue & Customs’ loss of two CDs containing 25 million personal records. Secure Transport has won numerous awards and been deployed by the enterprise divisions of such industries as Retail, Finance, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy, Technology and Packaged Goods.
