This morning, Datameg subsidiary NetSymphony announced a new product release for its VoIP deployment monitoring software, known as Maestro. The Maestro system tests and manages the entire life cycle of VoIP deployments from start to finish; assessing, identifying and correcting problems along the way.
The product update offers several advantages over the existing system, including strengthened monitoring and troubleshooting features. This will certainly reduce maintenance costs for VoIP providers.
One such provider is Tim Martin, president of Neoscope, LLC, a managed service provider, and one of the first purchasers of the Maestro system. Tim offered his comments on the upcoming release: “We are eager to implement this new release since it assures high-quality voice conversations whether they terminate on the customer’s LAN or terminate to the analog Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The convenience of the M10P IP endpoint allows quick and easy monitoring of the customer’s voice quality experience within and among customer sites and from any customer site to the PSTN.”
Satisfied customers can be the best form of advertisement, and it seems that Datameg’s Net Symphony does not come up short in that area. The Maestro system will continue to facilitate VoIP deployments, though now with greater effectiveness and user freedom.
