Cyber Digital Outlines Recent Acquisitions and Subsidiaries

Cyber Digital Inc. (OTCBB: CYBD) announced today that it formed two wholly-owned subsidiaries in December 2006 for the sole purpose of acquiring two competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC) namely New Rochelle Telephone Corp. and Telecarrier Services Inc. These subsidiaries are named CYBD Acquisition Inc. and CYBD Acquisition II Inc.

Under Cyber Digital, as a parent company, CYBD Acquisition Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire New Rochelle Telephone and CYBD Acquisition II Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Telecarrier Services. These acquisitions will be treated as separate business units of Cyber Digital to have minimal integration issues. Their current personnel consisting of proven management, marketing and sales team, customer services and provisioning staff remain intact and continue to provide services without any disruption.

As part of telecom regulatory formalities concerning acquisitions, Cyber Digital has filed notifications to applicable states and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for their approval towards transfer of control of New Rochelle and Telecarrier Services to Cyber Digital. New Rochelle is licensed to provide services in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Ohio and Florida. Telecarrier Services is licensed to provide services in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

Cyber Digital has received approvals from the FCC for both domestic and international, as well as from all of the states except New Jersey. The company was advised that New Jersey customarily takes longer than other states. All transfer of control notifications were filed in early January 2007.
