CSMG, a technology managing company, announced that Richard A. Auhll, former founder, chairman and president of Circon Corp, has agreed to join the board of directors of CSMG’s subsidiary, Live Tissue Connect (LTC). The subsidiary has a patented platform surgical tissue bonding and welding device that bonds and reconnects human soft tissue through fusion.
President and CEO of CSMG Technologies, Don Robbins commented, “We are delighted that Richard A. Richard has had an outstanding career in the medical device business.
