RainMakers International, subsidiary of Cord Blood America (OTCBB: CBAI), is a full-service advertising agency based out of Santa Monica, Calif. According to RainMakers, an average of seven out of 10 callers are put on hold for about 38 seconds – this measures to an average person spending 1.2 years on hold.
