Continued Success for NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. (NTEK)

It’s been a busy year for entertainment-focused technology company NanoTech Entertainment, replete with partnerships, expansions, as well as acquisitions, and the company shows no signs of slowing down.

In March, NanoTech jumped full-force into 2013 with almost rapid-fire announcements, heralding developments like exclusive agreements forged with London-based Electrocoin Sales Ltd. and Wisconson-based Fun Company, the acceptance of an invitation to join the DNA Association as a founder member, and the launch of the branded lifestyle channel Clubben TV.

In April, NanoTech’s momentum continued with the announcement of a new company-branded channel called NanoTales, featuring illustrated audio books for children read by authors from across the globe. A channel called Inside NanoTech was launched in May, along with another branded channel called NanoBooks. Also in May, NanoTech announced the advent of Nuvola NP-1, its 4K media player, and NanoFlix UHD, its 4K steaming video service.

A slew of partnerships began in June, including agreements with companies like Hannover House, Fun Little Movies, MMA Day Events, SEIKI Digital, and Music that Matters. NanoTech has also completed multiple acquisitions this year, acquiring Napa, Calif.-based Clear Memories, Inc., glassless 3-D screen technology leader MagicScreen3D, Inc., and the Silicon Valley-based Worldwide Global Entertainment.

NanoTech has additionally logged record revenues so far in 2013.

Headquartered in San Jose, Calif., NanoTech is focused on redefining the role of developers and manufacturers in the global market. The company was acquired by Aldar Group in 2009 and soon after went public as NanoTech Entertainment. NanoTech now has five technology business units, respectively focused on 3-D, gaming, media and IPTV, mobile apps, and manufacturing.
