Conspiracy Entertainment Launches New Web site Targeting Gamers, Investors

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (July 30, 2007) – With gamers, investors, and the media in mind, Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets: CPYE) launched its new Web site today, boasting its publishing content for all viable gaming platforms such as Xbox, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo’s DS and Game Boy.

“Our Web site is an important global marketing channel to showcase our products, and integrate new products gained from our licensing and publishing agreements. We remain dedicated to increasing our transparency to shareholders and the gaming community, and will frequently update the site with our latest corporate developments,” Sirus Ahmadi, president of Conspiracy Entertainment, said in a statement.

Founded in 1997, the entertainment company has become a recognized publishing company, basing most of its products on internationally popular characters and licenses such as The Flintstones, Tom & Jerry, the Land Before Time and more.

Now, in 2007, the company is quickly moving forward – not only with its new Web site, but with last week’s announcement of an exclusive distribution agreement with Atlus U.S.A. Inc., publisher of interactive entertainment, for Panzer Tactics DS.

Panzer Tactics takes players back to 1939 with a game revolving around World War II. The game features a multiplayer mode that allows other players join the game via LAN or WiFi.

“It is a pleasure for us to work with Conspiracy in bringing this excellent strategy title to the Nintendo DS,” said Jim Ireton, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Atlus, in a statement.”Panzer Tactics DS delivers a satisfying single-player campaign with terrific variety for the player, and further provides re-playability by means of an addictive multiplayer component.”

Per the licensing agreement, Atlus will become Conspiracy’s exclusive distributor in North America beginning in the fourth quarter of 2007.
