In a statement to shareholders, China Voice Holding Corp. released a progress report and recap of 2007 highlights, forecasting continued growth for 2008. A review of last year includes the acquisition of three companies, multiple advances and new contracts through the company’s two new subsidiaries.
“We are grateful to our shareholders, employees and business partners for their support, hard work and confidence in our company and management team during the past year. Without their commitment to CHVC, none of our progress would have been possible. We are looking forward to continued success and a very strong 2008,” Bill Burbank, CHVC’s president and CEO said in the statement.
Among other highlights, China Voice Holding noted its signed agreements with China’s second-largest telecommunications carrier, China Netcom (CNC). China Netcom also chose the Company’s Candidsoft’s SKY O/A voice and data solution for private labeling and will be sold to the private sector.
A signed partnership and revenue sharing agreement with Golden Agriculture Access allows for the supply of CandidSoft’s SKY O/A Enhanced Services Platform and will help the company exchange its informational Web site for a transactional site that will create additional revenue.
Additionally, the company updated shareholders on its efforts to become a fully reporting company and apply for an advance to the NASDAQ or AMEX exchange. The company said it anticipates having the required financial audits completed within the next four to six weeks.
