China Voice Holding recently announced that their subsidiary, Beijing CandidSoft Technology Co. Ltd, has completed the integration and testing phase with its partner, InterEdge Technologies, who provides VoIP Telephony hardware for its Chinese Government Contracts.
InterEdge Technologies signed an agreement in July to be CandidSoft’s exclusive supplier for Intelligent Telephone Adapters (ITA), Intelligent Multimedia Devices (IMD) and IP Telephones for the Company’s current and future Chinese Government Contracts. CandidSoft’s current government contracts call for 103,000 seats to be installed, which the company believes will equate into $35 million in annual revenue.
China Voice Holding’s President and CEO, Bill Burbank, stated, “During the next two weeks, InterEdge is deploying personnel to the North Sea as their first deployment of ITAs for GuangXi Harbor Master outside of the Harbor Master headquarters in NanNing. We have also received notice from InterEdge that a significant number of additional units have been shipped for other Government locations from their plant in Malaysia.”
