China Voice Holding announced today that its China subsidiary, Beijing CandidSoft Technolgoy Co. Ltd., signed a partnership and revenue sharing agreement with Golden Agriculture Access, China’s premier agriculture network e-Information provider for the nation’s 800 million farmers. As terms of the agreement, the subsidiary will deliver its SKY O/A Enhanced Services Platform to AgriAccessCn, and provide support to the Company and its e-information end-users.
The SKY O/ATM solution includes an array of services and hardware, such as hosting, managed services, systems hardware and application software, to support e-information access and e-commerce services. China Voice Holding expects multiple revenue sharing streams from the contract, including VoIP telephone services, unified messaging, video conferencing, wireless broadband and other advanced voice and data services, membership fees, payment gateway, logistics commissions, traditional advertising revenues and transaction-based E-fees.
China Voice Holding ‘s President and CEO Bill Burbank, stated, “China’s agriculture market is estimated at $170 billion annually importing over US$28.7B and exporting US$27.6B, China has over 1.3 billion people or 20% of the world’s population to feed. CHVC expects to capitalize on the provision of the backbone for this new breed of e-commerce by collecting revenues from both traditional and non-traditional sources. The SKY O/ATM communications platform will forever change the way of doing business within the agriculture market in China.”
