The upward trend established earlier this week continued strong as CHVC.PK closed at $1.16 with over 725,000 traded shares. Last month Heritage First Capital & Equity Research Group announced that the company has been listed on their Microcap Money Index of select companies that have less than a $500 million market capitalization.
The research group’s attention was drawn to China Voice Holding after the company’s many announcements of key contracts and high quality acquisitions. Presently the company is engaged in the process of becoming fully reporting and has employed the services of three auditors to prepare the required documents and reports.
The company recently issued guidance for FY 2008 and estimates for FY 2009 and FY 2010. China Voice Holding believes that it can attain revenues of $158 million in 2008, $311 million in 2009 and $497 million in 2010. Net earnings are projected to reach $15.4 million for 2008, $34.5 million for 2009, and $60.4 million for 2010.
