Carbon Sciences, Inc. (CABN.OB) Introduces New Chief Technology Advisor

Having already established themselves as the developer of a breakthrough technology that transforms harmful carbon dioxide (CO2) into high value, earth-friendly products, Carbon Sciences, Inc. (OTC: CABN.OB) announced today that Dr. Naveed Aslam will serve as the company’s chief technology advisor.

Dr. Aslam brings a distinguished career of working in research and hands-on process engineering for over 14 years in the petrochemical, organic, and fiber manufacturing industries. During most of his career, he held the position of senior process engineer for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for all aspects of process engineering that took place in the preliminary and detailed design phases of a 125,000 tons-per-year ethylene manufacturing plant.

His most recent work involved him serving as a research fellow at the University of Texas, Houston, and Florida State University located in Tallahassee. It was his diligent work at these two universities that led to the receipt of the Outstanding Research Associate Award. Dr. Aslam attended Punjab University, Lahore, in Pakistan, where he graduated with a bachelor’s in science in chemical engineering. He then trekked on over to the United States where he received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of South Florida. He has authored and co-authored eight published studies pertaining to chemical engineering.
