Budget Waste Inc. confirmed today that it has signed a letter of intent with Able Machine Shop Ltd.Able Machine Shop Ltd. has been in operation for over 24 years. Able is a fully equipped fabrication and machine shop that produces a wide variety of tools and equipment including trailers, wire line tools, waste containers, fencing, and a variety of custom work and one offs.
BWI has contracted Able Machine Shop Ltd. to construct portable fencing, roll off containers, front load containers, recycling equipment and a wide variety of machine shop services. By bringing these services in house BWI will dramatically decrease costs associated with constructing capital assets, and reduce maintenance costs allowing more capital investment to be diverted to BWI’s growth by acquisition strategy which in turn will increase revenues and strengthen market share.
