Over the past few months of operations, BWI has undergone significant change in its management structure, operating technologies and financial status. Every aspect of management and operations has been reviewed and streamlined to facilitate the same level of growth that has been experienced in the past 1 1/2 years. Cost cutting measures and productivity enhancement programs have been implemented to strengthen the bottom line.
Some of these measures are:
— Specialized dispatch programming that tie directly to accounting software to streamline dispatch and billing methods.
— Productivity bonuses for all employees that allow motivated individuals to earn compensation directly related to their performance.
— GPS asset tracking systems to evaluate asset activity. Management has been reviewed and revised to reflect BWI’s current situation.
