(BWI) (Pink Sheets:BDWT), the Calgary area’s largest local roll-off waste hauling company, has completed its acquisitions of DB Waste Disposal Inc., DB Porta-a-Podi Ltd. and Strathmore Septic Services Ltd. These acquisitions will increase the BWI fleet of roll-off bins currently offered; as well as expand BWI’s services to include front-end bin, portable toilet rentals and septic services. These combined companies bring over 52 years of experience and knowledge in the waste industry and will further strengthen BWI’s position and revenue streams by enabling BWI to provide complete waste hauling and total construction site servicing. With these acquisitions, BWI’s combined annual revenues will exceed $5 million dollars.
