Budget Waste, Inc. (BWI) released additional information today concerning the common operations BWI shares with Broadband Communication Services, Inc. (BBCS). With the previous announcement regarding the acquisition, a large number of shareholders and potential shareholders contacted BWI regarding the news.
As of today, BBCS is involved in underground construction operations with multiple clients and has operations in several states. The current operations regularly involve hydro vac construction and vacuum truck services, and BWI is also engaging in the hydro vac and vacuum truck operations within its service area. By expanding into BBCS’s current service area, BWI would gain an instant foothold into the US and possibly South America markets.
Although BBCS doesn’t currently operate Waste and Recycling services, they are involved in the construction industry, which is an area that BWI has vast experience in, by providing waste hauling, recycling, portable sanitation services, and site security (temporary fencing.) Additionally the potential addition of operations and clients from BBCS will benefit BWI, not only by providing an increased customer base, but also by diversifying its operations, reducing the impact of economic fluctuations among different markets
