Budget Waste Inc. (“BWI”) announces that the record date for the distribution of the 5,496,054 shares of Gray Creek Mining Inc. (OTC BB:GYCK.OB – News) that BWI received from the sale of Budget Waste Inc., Alberta to Gray Creek, as announced recently, will be November 14, 2008.
Shareholders of record as of the close of the market on the record date will receive one (1) Gray Creek share for each twenty (20) BWI shares. BWI anticipates the distribution to be completed in 7-10 business days.
