Budget Waste Inc. (“BWI”) (PINKSHEETS: BDGW) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at Deerfoot Inn & Casino in Calgary, Alberta at 1:00 pm on September 3rd, 2008. Budget Waste Inc. shareholders elected a new board of directors consisting of Jim Can, Kendal Dilling, and Bob Baker.
