Blackbaud, Inc. (BLKB) Offers Free Nonprofit Management Seminar Series

Blackbaud®, Inc. (BLKB), based in Charleston, South Carolina, is a provider of software and services designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. The software is designed to help organizations improve operational efficiency, build strong relationships, and raise more money to support their missions. Organizations such as the American Red Cross, Dartmouth College and the Lincoln Center use one or more of Blackbaud’s products and services for fundraising, constituent relationship management, financial management, direct marketing, school administration, ticketing, business intelligence, Web site management, prospect research, consulting, and analytics.

The company recently launched a new free nonprofit management seminar series, Blackbaud Delivers™, which focuses on “Growing Your Fundraising in a Recession.” The series will kick off in Chicago on August 6 and continue to San Francisco; Bethesda, Maryland; Boston; Minneapolis; New York City; San Diego; Philadelphia; and St. Louis. Attendees of these free half-day seminars will be invited to vote for their favorite topic by city prior to the event, and the most popular topic will be presented.

Topics will include: The Case for Moves Management when Financial Times are Tough; Developing a Culture of Accountability and Stewardship; Donor Retention: From Analysis to Action; and Multi-Channel Marketing – A Strategic Advantage in a Recession. Nonprofit experts from Blackbaud and Target Analytics™ will be featured. The seminar series is open to the public and attendees do not have to be Blackbaud customers to benefit from the materials that will be covered. If unable to attend, live web seminars will be offered in September, November and December featuring three of the most popular session topics.
