Big Apple Worldwide, Inc. (BPWI.PK) is “One to Watch”

Today, Big Apple Wallcovering, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Big Apple Worldwide, announced the completion of a series of tests on the latest version of its No More Books® software. This proprietary program was conceived with the aim of rendering traditional wallcovering sample catalogs obsolete; a goal with both economic and ecological benefits.

No More Books® kiosks are anticipated to be strategically placed in retail locations, where consumers can take advantage of new features such as improved shopping cart operation, an optimized search engine, and a tutorial video to explain the entire process. The kiosks take up just four square feet of floor space and are not limited to wallcovering applications. Any retailer with a wealth of products and the need to present them in a clear and concise manner can benefit from the technology. No More Books® can also be configured for use on the web.

Neal Jablon, president of Big Apple Worldwide stated, “We see this new technology as a potential revenue generator to drive our company forward. With our many contacts in the retail industry, we foresee a wealth of licensing opportunities with ‘No More Books®'”

Aside from the fiscal benefits, the new program offers sellers the opportunity to do something positive for the environment by discontinuing the use of paper-wasting sample books, while streamlining operations in the process.
