WaterPure International, Inc. (WPUR.OB) markets WaterPureTM Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) and sells related water purification technologies. The company purchases and distributes AWGs under an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement. WaterPure is rapidly developing worldwide marketing and distribution capabilities for its generator product line. The company has instituted distribution avenues in North America, South America, the Caribbean and, most recently, the European Union.
WaterPure is rapidly increasing its marketing for production and treatment products not only in the United States but abroad. The Company’s global product line includes several models of atmospheric water generators. The WaterPure Atmospheric Water Generator’s job is to extract moisture from the atmosphere. The condensation process transforms the moisture into pure and healthy drinking water. WaterPure water exceeds the EPA requirements with a measured 99.9% purity.
Operating AWGs in the USA is extremely efficient because it does not use a high amount of energy to produce water. Depending on local electricity costs, a gallon of WaterPure water costs about 8 cents to produce. The AWG is easily installed, requires no plumbing, and uses special filters to remove unpleasant tastes and odors. It will automatically stop producing water when the unit is at capacity due to an installed microcomputer control.
