The Organic Trade Association (OTA) 2006 Manufacturer’s survey found that this market is projected to produce double-digit growth rates over the next decade. In general, organic food companies are earning annual growth exceeding 20%. The sales in organic foods have risen more than $13 billion since the year 2000.
