Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp. (CCBEF.OB) has earned a reputation for providing innovative sparkling water and packaging. The company markets premium alternative beverages, including Clearly Canadian® sparkling flavored waters and Clearly Canadian dailyEnergy, dailyVitamin and dailyHydration Natural Enhanced Waters. Their products are distributed in the United States, Canada and other countries.

Clearly Canadian acquired DMR Food Corporation and My Organic Baby Inc. These acquisitions marked the Company’s debut into organic and natural products with a full line of organic baby and toddler foods under the brand names ‘My Organic Baby’ and ‘My Organic Toddler.’ The acquisitions also allowed them to offer a wide range of dried fruit and nut snacks from SunRidge Farms, Naturalife, Sweet Selections, Simply by Nature and Glengrove Organics brands.

The Company has strong brand recognition as it has sold well over 2 billion bottles since its inception. Clearly Canadian recently launched a consumer awareness campaign in the US developed by the BrainStorm Group. The Brainstorm Group helped grow revenues for Mike’s Hard Lemonade brand from $5 million to over $250 million within a two-year time frame.

The strategies implemented by the management team are already bearing fruit. In April 2006, the Company stated that revenues increased by 33% over the same period in 2005 and represented the largest gain the Company had generated in five years. Furthermore, Clearly Canadian announced that revenues of its private-label beverage business rose over 147% in the six months ended March 2006, bringing the trailing 12 – month revenue increase to 62%.
