This morning B2Digital announced the purchase of the five cable franchises from Eagle West Communications, Inc., an Arizona-based cable service provider. The beneficial transactions will add 10,000 residential homes to the B2Digital Network.
The B2Digital’s Vice President and Chief Operating Officer stated that the acquisition of the franchises will fit into their strategy of advancing digital technology and IPTV services into the cable television market. The five new acquisitions will allow the company to deliver digital services to their subscribers cost effectively.
B2Digital’s CEO, Robert Russell commented that he is extremely pleased to have acquired such a valuable asset on such favorable terms. He added that the five franchises have collectively provided monthly revenue of over $35,000. He expects the company to increase that number five fold over the next two years with high quality digital services and extremely competitive rates. In conclusion he stated, “The acquisition of Eagle West’s franchises and related customer base will allow us to quickly and efficiently expand our digital entertainment and IPTV services to the consumer market.”
