The sixth annual Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey has been released, and AXS-One has been named a top e-discovery software provider for 2008. The company was named as a top-five software provider in the identification, preservation and collection categories, and as a top provider for processing, reviewing, production and overall corporate ranking.
The annual Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey is an independent survey developed in 2003 by e-discovery pioneers George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, and provides the most comprehensive view into the emerging e-discovery market. The survey comprises data from 115 organizations on the forefront of e-discovery and examines the size, scope and growth of these companies as it pertains to the electronic discovery market. The survey takes about 9 months, starting in October and ending with publication of the subscriber, participant and public reports in June.
AXS-One products are built on the award winning AXS-One Compliance Platform, a single platform providing a unified, corporate-wide electronic data storage system which enables organizations to implement, secure and enforce policies that address records management for corporate governance, legal discovery and industry regulations such as SEC17a-4, NASD 3010, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, The Patriot Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley. AXS-One’s award-winning technology has been critically acclaimed as best of class.
