Axial Vector Engine Corp recently announced that it was closing its private placement after receiving $2.7M from its investors at $2.00 per share. Dr. Raymond Brouzes, President and CEO of Axial Vector stated, “We are extremely pleased by the support of our shareholders who provided this very favorable financing to the company. Our development and patenting program continues full speed ahead. We will be premiering our new low cost Power Generating Technologies at the ‘World Power Generation Show ‘ November 28 -30 in Orlando Florida.” This announcement followed on the heels of their recent patent filing for their broad intellectual property covering new generator and electric motor development. The development is expected to be an important leap forward in energy savings in electric generators and motors. New videos have recently been released showing AVEC’s proprietary Workhorse 7.1 engine running ultra-quiet and vibration free. AVEC is a publicly traded company that owns, develops and licenses proprietary intellectual property regarding unique internal combustion engine technologies. They are applying these technologies to develop an exciting, new, smaller and lighter internal combustion engine that produces significantly greater horsepower and three times more torque on less fuel than conventional engines of similar size. It is their hope that these engines will solve the pollution woes now plaguing the current generation of engines. Key entry markets for the Axial Vector (TM) engine include a number of specific military and industrial applications. Additionally, they are developing a family of electric power generators incorporating their unique Axial Vector (TM) technology. |
